This technique involves gentle, rhythmic massage movements that help to encourage the natural drainage of lymph fluid, as the lymphatic vessels are located just beneath the skin's surface. The goal of MLD is to reduce swelling, improve circulation, and support the body's natural detoxification processes. Abigail is a certified MLD practitioner and was trained in the Dr Vodder technique.
